We reply each and every customers, our support team always busy replying our customers, yes there is files missing, 404 errors, and other stuff happens, this is life and this is all digital.. having said that you need to be patience and wait for your turn.... spending 95% less amount of its price and expecting real time solution? even you need to open a ticket and wait for developers for their answer, if any customers have no patience please go directly to its developer and buy from them on their price.

I have purchased the Zante WordPress Theme from this site and found that this site might be fake or has bugs. I have been trying to make purchase the theme from this site from last 2 days. During the first day it deducted my money and did not gave me any access to the website. Then after contacting paypal in 48 hours my money was refunded back. Now I have made the payment again and purchased the theme and it is showing me error 404 Not Found + I have noticed that I paid for zante theme but download button I am getting of Sense - Responsive Ecommerce Theme and that too not working. Firstly they asked me to remove the review and responded me saying "if you want us to help you... you remove the comment, and ask us to fix the link" I responded back saying "I have already paid and this is the second time I am facing the issue with your website. Fix the issue and I will remove the comment." Then after few hours they responded me saying that there is a problem with the file and its not longer available with us and told that they will proceed with the refund, which I will actually get into my account in approx up to 30 days. I had such a bad experience with this site which is advertising product which they don't even have in reality just to attract customers and loot their money.

Since you and Gautam Narvekar is same person so here is your answer, First...... we are not responsible for your activity, if you do wrong transactions you are responsible, not us. Second..... we get your funds on 11 Dec 2020, In this digital age 404 is common and it can be happens, you suppose to contact us and let us know about the link, we are only people who can fix the issue, giving review BEFORE CONTACTING us is ridiculous and shows your mental lack of intellectual capability Third..... since we avoid customer like YOU! who bring NO Value! to our community we REFUNDED your money with in few hours after you paid. Here is the proof of refund link: https://prnt.sc/w1beg7 Lastly..... DO NOT try to visit us again, we dont need your presence.
