I am a paying ChatGPT Plus user. During normal intensive use, I repeatedly encountered “Too many requests” restrictions that interrupted my work. I previously posted a detailed review about this experience, but the review was removed because my subscription/account could not apparently be matched to the account information used for verification. ChatGPT itself is a valuable product, but paying users should be able to use the service reliably, and legitimate intensive use should not repeatedly be treated as abusive activity. Customer support should also provide a practical resolution rather than generic explanations. Ironically, after extensive use of the service, I sometimes get the impression that the AI itself demonstrates more common sense, fairness and ethical judgment than the people responsible for the policies governing it.

Ad said you could cancel in 7 days. I can cancelled in one hour, and they refused to issue a credit. They said they had to send me a box in the mail. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to cancel in time, if the box didn’t work. I sent several emails about my credit, and they still refused to issue credit. I notified my bank of the issue an hour and a half after placing the order.

So I enjoyed the software but it seems to buffer more on my renewal. Also in movies sometimes the voice does not match the lips that are moving.
