GP BatteriesReviews of gpbatteries.com

I purchased batteries through Amazon market place and owing to my own error I did not realise I would require a different battery charger. I approached GP Batteries direct for advice. What a helpful customer service, they even sent me a complementary charger which arrived today. It is so refreshing to see a Company that has a quality and helpful Customer Service. Thank you GP Batteries

Purchased 2 items in the current Free Charger with pack of batteries Promotion. 1 set of AA for ourselves, 1 AAA for my daughter. Put the 2 separate items in the basket (£7.99 each) advert clearly shows “free charger and free delivery with each battery type - AA and also for AAA” What I received was 2 packs of batteries and one charger thrown in a box! No telephone number to call just an email address. Have emailed but no response. I can upload the advertisement for this offer which I have. Avoid - clearly this is a company that unilaterally decides not to honour its offers. Now trying to return for refund - they provide no return label or shipping address. Absolutely useless and incompetent - avoid!

Got one battery from this company. Fully charged and working. I recommend them.

I bought the GP Rechargable AA batteries along with the Charger that indicates the amount of battery remaining. 8 times out of 10 - the charger flashes that my batteries are "faulty" On my Panasonic Eneloop and Ikea chargers every battery - from Fujitsu to Ikea to Eneloop to even GP - can charge without a problem. The GP charger also feels cheap compared to the above mentioned brands. The GP AA batteries themselves are minutely larger than the others, so it often gets stuck when put in vertically. Not buying another GP product from here on/

5 stjerne til deres produkter og 10 stjerner til deres kundeservice. Jeg er ovenud tilfreds med sagsbehandlingen af min henvendelse ;)

Brought small round ones and they started exploding. Small parts went everywhere with metal and the powder shooting around the room. We have two dogs and so dangerous for them! They had literally just been in the same room minutes before. We've had to put them outside in a secured container...will never buy this brand again!

The life of the aa batteries is short. I would expect a year from two in a thermostat but they just make it to 6 months. Also the aaa batteries register from 95% when new down to 70%.Not very encouraging. Won't be buying again.

I have now twice ordered from GP Batteries - the first time was just before Xmas when I had a crisis and needed a battery delivered immediately. GP Batteries went out of their way to make sure I received my order the very next day. Both times I ordered, I received the most awesome advice, and delivery was fast, and the products are reliable. The personnel are also very patient, helpful, and fabulously knowledgeable!
