I see no reason to pay this company's fee, more than $80, to fill out the form for renewing a U.S. passport when one can do it free of charge on the U.S. State Department website. The company's fee is in addition to the actual fee for renewing a passport, but their website does not make that clear.

I mistakenly fell for this scam. I paid a huge fee for something that would have been only 50.00 on the appropriate site. I have no way to contact this site for help and they won't respond to my emails. The form to send a message to them is no longer active on the site. I am now out 149.00 and I have no way to address it other than to file a complaint with the FTC.

They intentionally designed their website to be misleading. When you Google Global Entry, they have a sponsored ad that lands them at the top of the results. In teeny tiny print it says this is not affiliated with a government agency. I’m outraged that this company took my money. They say on their website they also have 24/7 customer service. Also a lie. They only respond during normal business hours. Save yourself the embarrassment of making the horrible decision I did.

I inadvertently clicked on this company's link thinking it was the official Gov't website, and applied for my GOES thru them. They charge a fee. When I realized my error I contacted them and they were very responsive and they refunded my fee.

I have been trying to reach them since their phone lines opened this morning. We are really concerned that this is a scam since we did not read the fine print. I have left several messages and a service agent never seems to be available. I feel like there is no other way but to use this platform to find a resolution. For the amount charged they should be more responsive! We haven't received an invoice for the amount paid, the email says that we need to wait 72 hours. I also feel so misguided and mislead.

What a scam. I was charged over $100 when the official ESTA site only charges $21, and when I put the order code in from Gov Travel Support into the ESTA system, it isn't recognised. I will be disputing this payment with my bank as I am furious.

Scam site that is made to look like the official ESTA government site. Charges 90 USD for processing fee on top of the regular 20 USD fee. Stay away!
