ESTA approval was delayed due to my credit company did not allow payment instantly. My company rule requires security code for quick payment, but ESTA process did not include this input.

Prompt and quick turn around. I would have given 5*, but it was a bit pricey and would be reassuring if an acknowledgment email was sent on initial application.

In the past, I had to carry around a printout. Now, you just need to carry the passport and the border officer can find the ESTA linked to it. Very nice!

I needed an ESTA and googled. The site came up and looked official so I completed the forms accordingly. The system worked perfectly well but the add on charge for the service is far to high. I think more business would be forthcoming if the price was dropped, as sooner or later, word will get around and no one will use the service.

Generally, it worked smoothly for me. I used it for business travel. If the system could send an e-mail to link the receipt, it would be better, I think.
