On the day of my appointment things were very straight forward and a good experience. I was given a phone number after my application was processed to contact for any questions, however could not get through to it any time I tried calling which was 4-5 times.

Positives, easy to use, clear and direct. Popped up first in the browser and looked sem-official. Negatives, can do it oneself without the 70GBP handling change to pass a self-filled form to the US Gov.
