I had forgotten to renew my Eata
I had forgotten to renew my Eata. Only discovered it 10 hours before departure to the US. Sent a request to issue the document as quickly as possible. And they did. Very grateful.

Easy Registration
I did it for my father and mother who are visiting me from Japan. They are both in 80's and would not be able to do it by themselves. It was very easy to register and the fact that they did not need extra paperwork when they go through the immigration (or ticket counter at the Airport in Japan) made it even more easier for them.
