HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They do not state that the fee you pay is used to renew a passport. It’s a scam fee THEY keep and then when you print out the form, you have to pay th ACTUAL fee on top of the scam fee for the renewal. I immediately demanded a refund and received an email from “Rachael A” stating I would get the refund then another email from “Ulysses G” stating they already processed my application which is BS. They do not answer their phone nor call back. They say to reply to their email but the reply email is bogus. TOTAL SCAM!

You all are crooks and charged me $64 for an application that’s actually free….. I have to start this process all over again….. but I disputed the transaction ✌🏽

This site is awful, confusing at best but importantly they tell you that you have your ESTA when in fact you don't, I turned up at the airport with confirmation in hand, only to be told that I didn't have it so missed my flight and rang a lot of numbers before getting in touch with Beth, a credit to your service bit still confused, no criminal record nothing and yet not able to travel there trust pilot is also shit! Just saying

BEWARE SCAM !!! A scam site, masquerading as the official US government site for US Visas and ESTAs. They have shamelessly copied the exhaustively long input screens on the government website (field for field, exact same input fields), couldn't even be bothered to come up with their own layouts or sequence. Shortly followed up by dodgy-looking emails, and then multiple scam called from Indian call centres trying to con more money for things like Bitcoin, etc. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

SCAM so annoyed with myself. I was busy. Came up first on Google. And they build the site to look like the official GOV service. Now they have all my personal details. Just had to cancel my card. Doh

I should have read up on this site before hand, just lost £140 for no return. No confirmation email or contact received. Avoid this site it is a scam. Go to the official DHS site.

Very misleading website with huge "Gov swift," plastered all over it, targeting trusting people into believing this is the official government ESTA website. Do not use. Charged an extra $143 AUD on top of ESTA fee with no checkbox to tick stating the customer understands that this is a third party site and would be charged this extra amount.

Been scammed by these - they imitate the real thing. They have my passport details and my card details - haven’t received a confirmation email from them, nothing. They have taken 140 dollars. Not cool. Totally messed up my day and taken my time to report and try and resolved and get the proper application in via the official website instead. Complete con. Avoid
