I am disappointed in this site. It is set up in a way that is misleading. I was charged $111.12 for forms that are free on the US government website. There is fine print on the initial screen but it was unclear that this was not a government website. Very sensitive information was requested that is not part of a passport application which led to me taking action to protect my credit and identity. I called all three of the customer service numbers only to get the same recorded message from an AI bot named "Sky" who claimed that they would connect me with a representative and then promplty ended the call.

Absolute disgusting sneaky ripoff. In every way disguises/presents itself as a government connected US Passport Renewal website (in my case) and it's not until AFTER you've paid $130!! (the amount that passport renewal actually costs) that you discover you've paid $$ and filled out forms for NOTHING. You'll have to pay DOUBLE- because ZERO of your $130 to them goes to the govt- to do something you 100% can do directly on the US Govt website. It's a very well-created SCAM website, taking advantage of people who actually think they're paying directly, one time for the cost of a Passport renewal. Man, I guess this is TECHNICALLY legal, but what a scumbag, sleazy business to be in.

This is a third party scam that collects your personal data thus making you vulnerable to identity theft. They charge over $100 to pre-fill a passport document, but THEN you have to still pay the passport office. They make it look very official, but it is just a SCAM and data collection company.

They charge you 104 dollars. All that gets you is your paperwork pre-filled out. Does not get you anything else. So when I go to my county clerks office I will pay another 139 dollars to get the passport. The only way this service is good is if your county clerks office is not good. Mont Belvieu Texas office is awesome. My credit card counts it as a scam. The reason for this review is that there is no benefit to Govswift unless your county clerks are not good. You are paying over 200 dollars to get your passport when its way less than than that at the county clerks.

This company is a fraud. They charge for renewal then make you still pay the actual fees to submit your renewal. DO NOT USE. Use the actual gov site for online or the standard mail in renewal that is free to get the forms then pay the actual fee. I lost $132 for nothing.

I thought i lost my passport so i started the Renewal/ lost passport process with govswift. Got charge $104.88 for just a pdf application filler service, they don’t submit the forms for you. You still have to get your pictures printed and go to a passport agency to finish the application. Thats a ridiculous charge.

They trick you thinking your paying for a passport when you are not

It is my own fault for not investigating before starting my application. However, I renewed 2 passports and paid them over $200 to then print the paperwork to submit another $200 to the US Government. Not worth using this website. It’s not that complicated to do it yourself.
