I had trouble understanding how to take control of my Nexus account… But the employee at Nexus was very patient with me. She gave me the opportunity to fix my Nexus account so that I can proceed to the next step which was to book my rendez-vous with a Customs officer for my Nexus card. All good easy to fill in and use

Raine from ESTA Support emailed me over the duration of the application, and her communications were very timely and appreciated. Her input made the process a pleasant experience.

Communication was good on the part of the assistants I dealt with despite the time difference. I was unaware that ESTA approval was a requirement for entry and wish that it would have been factored into the purchase of my travel tickets during that transaction. Fiji Airways should be advised to amend their website's payment process to reject payments without an ESTA application number, this would save travellilers paying for unnecessary amendments to their purchased tickets.

Although there was some trouble reading our passport information, it was easily resolved. I'm very impressed with the way it was dealt with, no hassles at all really.
