Everything was user friendly and easy. There was some confusion, however, with submitting information online. I was asked for my credit card information assuming that was my payment. Once I received the forms, I was asked to submit a check. I needed to call to clarify.

****Update**** I was unhappy because I did not know they were just a service and I still had to pay to renew my passport not to mention the money I paid them. They reached out to me and we talked! She explained to me that they were a service and they refunded me my money. She was very nice, polite and apologetic. They are legit and do care about their customers. They wanted me to be satisfied because they care about their customer’s. If I ever need help with my passport I would definitely reach out to them.

I was disappointed in the charge of $100 for forms that are free on the US government website. While there is fine print on the initial screen I landed on, it was unclear to me that this is not a government website. Also, very sensitive information was requested that is not part of a passport application. Follow up: The customer service team did a great job of resolving this. They deleted my data and provided a refund. There were prompt and had excellent follow through.

The Help Desk is great! Made my problem go away. The system, however, is the reason I didnt give you a 5. It simply would not allow me to complete my Global Entry activation. Why? Who knows?
