Very deceptive. I thought I was on the Government website when applying, As such I wouldn't have payed extra just to use your service
Response from GovswiftJun 8, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry there was confusion regarding our service. For clarity, we are a third party application assistance provider and are not affiliated with the U.S. government. This information is disclosed throughout our website prior to checkout. Our service is designed to help simplify the application process through guided document preparation, application review, and step by step filing instructions, while government fees are paid separately to the issuing agency. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving the clarity of our communications.

Nice easy to use web site to renew a passport. As with most gov sites you have to be extremely careful getting the correct documents and follow ALL instructions very carefully I did not and got rejected for a bad photo. I had to redo the entire process.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad you found the website easy to use for your passport renewal. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter issues with application requirements, particularly photo submissions. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will continue looking for ways to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Haven't rec'd our passports yet. Sent checks for expedited service. We hope they are just like the last ones and are not 250 year commemoratives.

Thank you for your review. We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for your passports to arrive and hope the process continues smoothly for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope you receive your passports very soon.

The appt site was difficult to utilize. I could get the location and the date to populate but could never get the appt time to populate. Thank goodness for Taylor to finalize the appt time.

The application required is mostly user-friemdly except for the section where information of the parents is "at birth" which leaves the impression that the information requested is for the parents when the parents were born. It is confusing and working could be revised for clarity on what is exactly requested.
Response from GovswiftMay 13, 2026
Thank you for your valuable feedback! We’re glad most of the application felt user friendly, and we appreciate you pointing out the confusion in the parents’ information section. Your comments are very helpful as we work to improve clarity.
