Not happy that they have charged me $140.00 aust then ive also had to pay $33aust to esta on top So essentially you have charged 140$ to submit a form i filled out when i could have just gone to the Government site direct especially since i had to pay them separately on top. Bit of a scam dont you think. Dont use a third party web site. Just go to the official site.

This is such a scam website!!!! Don’t fall for it I m seriously regretting and crying from regret omg how could I not see it. This website try to imitate the official website and say processing fees which seemed like a valid visa processing fees but it is just paying them money for nothing!!!! I legit could have typed everything I typed in that website into official government website but their website is perfectly crafted to mislead people!!!!!!

This is a scam, this website tries to convince you that this is the official US government ESTA application process, while it is not. In addition to the official fee, they charge an outrageous service fee for just forwarding your application.

A bunch of crooks! They have "gov" look-a-like website that makes you think you are on a official website. And you have to pay 95 usd instead of 21 usd. And all positive reviews look like they have been bought. My advice: pay attention and never do business with this agency!.

Never again. Didn’t receive ESTA, no sign of it on website. No email confirmation. Charged 3 times the price as on official website. My advice download the app & book ESTA from there.

DO NOT USE ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITES to obtain an ESTA to visit the US. You are literally paying them WAY too much money to do something you can literally do yourself. I missed my flight to LA as my ESTA form wasn't submitted on time. Do not use anything other than the official customs and borders website to obtain an ESTA.

They are SCAM. you pay 100+ dollars for something that is free. Their website looks like the official US custom ine, but it is nothing close to official. Esta costs 21 dollars, I paid 120!
