DO NOT BUY FROM this Chinese company. It is a lie that they are American. heated vests were ordered. took 6 weeks from China. did not included the batteries for the vests??? no mention of this in the description of the product. I purchased under a BOGO offer with 30-day money back "guarantee" and free returns. NOT TRUE! Because I purchased a bogo offer, they would only refund 1/2 my money???? And I was responsible for the return cost. the customer service number is disconnected...shocker. Here is what they emailed me in response. As mentioned in the previous email, you will be refunded $75 for Buy One Get One free order as the The free vest cannot be refunded as it is a free item. Only the purchased item, valued at $75, is eligible for a refund. What a joke! lastly, they are a Chinese company don't be fooled. the return address is in China and the poor English of their emails is a dead giveaway.
