I contacted Chad and had a great surprise after knowing he spent some time in my beloved country doing volunteer jobs there; although I didn't Speak to him again and my communication was with the paralegal Sofia, and then Karen. My case was super fast. We filed to change my status after I got married. Everything was filed September 2024, USCIS notified me for an interview Feb and April 2025 I got my greencard in the mail. Sofia was great helping me to prepare my interview and even spoke with my in a Sunday !!!!! My only advice, maybe is good to guide people a lot when it comes to the tasks they should do, for example I didn't know I could take my medical exam (which is a lot of paper work and vaccines and titters etc) before getting married. That delayed filing my petition a lot !!! Anyways my experience was great and the time I wait for the greencard was really short !!!

The on-line service was excellent but the presencial by the employers was not so good. Like a litle rude and not polite, with poor explanations about, per example, the kind of the photo that although attempt the criteria required, didn’t fit. So basically I had to discovered by my self how to include a photo that the system accepted.

The legal team working through my documentation was not thorough in getting the initial information that caused a delay in my VISA-application process. Though Ana, who was my contact person and within an administrative road, was excellent. She was very helpful, supportive, fast and efficient. She turned a process that could have been a very negative experience around in the matter she handled the situation. Ana is for sure a great asset to your business!
