Govfile govfile.org is a scam I had a concerning experience with govfile.org. The service did not meet my expectations, and I recommend doing thorough research before using it.

Don't fall for it. Go to Sunbiz and pay your annual fee. It's free and only takes about 5 minutes.

I happened onto this site by accident thinking it was the place where I file an annual report for my LLC every year. It was not. They charged me double what I usually pay for about 30 seconds of work. I was rushing and didn't realize it was a sponsored site that popped up ahead of what I really wanted.

I already filed and paid on SunBiz, I thought the email of govfile.org was a follow up email. When it asked to pay again and wondered I never paid twice for registration, Governmental dept website should not ended with "...e.org"! I Unsubscribe the email [email protected], will not pay this. Anyone should not pay for such filing please.

It does not give me confidence, I received an email reminding me of the registration of my LLC but I always make that payment through Sunbiz in fl, their offices are located at Puerto 35 Calle Juan C. Borbon, Ste 67-176. Guaynabo, PR I think it's a fraud
