Hi William. Connecting our members with incredible deals on government and retail surplus is why we built GovAuctions. The products you see include both private seller listings and government surplus. And in order to provide the best experience for our members, we are adding more private seller and surplus listings every week. If you are only interested in government surplus items, you can sort our listings to only show these, and we also have a featured surplus product feed for your convenience. And last but not least, members have the option to buy points which can be used for deals, but we also offer a 24/7 huge array of free-to-bid auctions which are open for anyone to participate in. You can always just explore and participate in free-to-bid auctions and skip auctions that use points. We hope this information might persuade you to give us another try, and if you have any questions or additional feedback for us, please let us know! Our Team is available 24/7 and always happy to help. Phone: (888) 600-2872 Email: [email protected] live chat available on app and website

Hi Lois, thanks for reaching out about this. After reviewing the situation we can confirm a full refund was issued to you on March 18th. From that date, most banks complete the refund process automatically within a few business days. We offer a full refund guarantee on a customer's first purchase, and we never would offer a refund and keep the money instead. If for some reason a bank requires any information to complete the refund process, we are available 24/7 to assist as needed. We want to make sure that this is sorted for you, so if your bank is still unable to confirm this refund for you, please request they contact us directly. Phone: (888) 600-2872

Hi Lonnie, thanks for your feedback and we completely understand the concern. GovAuctions strictly prohibits bots, we take auction integrity seriously and use technology to ensure fair bidding. In some cases you may see our smart bidding feature, where real members schedule bids in advance so they don't miss a closing auction. It's a popular tool, but every bid is from a real person. If you have any questions or would like us to take a look at a specific auction, please reach out to our friendly support at any time.

While members have the option to buy points which can be used for deals, we also offer a 24/7 huge array of free-to-bid auctions which are open for anyone to participate in.
