GovAuctions sells expired as well as false products. I am shocked that these buyers are not doing their research when they receive one of their items. Almost every single beauty product that I bought from here was expired or not authentic. I did my research and reached out to the actual companies, some gave me the expiration dates, and others stated they could not prove authenticity due to the way it came as GovAuctions not being an authorized vendor. I reached out to GovAuctions and they tried to make only ONE sale right but they sent me MORE EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!! This company is a hack and the people using it are not paying attention. Beware and stay away if you don’t wish to lose a TON of money for bad, expired, non legit, or discontinued beauty products. Trust Pilot has asked me for the date of the experience and I put down 1 date as it doesn’t allow me to put down all of the dates that I had issues with.

I am frustrated my account has been canceled without notice. And when you call customer support they can't tell you anything. You are then told to contact compliance for govauctions. After emailing I received was a response stating my account was suspended/closed for Multi-accounting. The correspondence per there guidelines states I can only have one account opened and no more than 2 per household. The problem I have is, I deleted my active account before I opening any new account. When I ask for an explanation of how I violated the guidelines I have not received a real response and that their decision is final. Is muli-accounting based on using the same card, phone, email, address, i have no Idea. Again I have emails as proof the 1 active account was cancelled before I opened another account. I deleted my 1 account to change my username one you activate an account you are not permitted to change your username and due to bank flagging the charge as fraudulent. The frustrated part about this is I was able to buy points and then they cancelled my account with no refund of my unused credits. I like the product I won but I am at a loss. I'm not sure if I can even appeal the decision. Can I appeal the decision you've made? Can an account be cancelled? If so, can you open another account? Frustrated user

It says I get a $50 credit but it is asking for my credit card without any information on what I'm purchasing. I find that highly unprofessional on concerning. It says something about 620 points but no idea of what that's going to cost me. I really dislike misrepresentation in advertising and I wish it were heavily penalized.

Any site that doesn’t allow you to view inventory without making a purchase is a scam.
