Still waiting on a respond from customer service at GovAuctions
I went onto GovAuctions because I said when you sign if you receive a $50 credit. The point system they use is very difficult to understand as normal options or just bid and win this you have to buy points to bid to win. So if you lose the auction, you lose all your points so when someone says they bought a KitchenAid 4 quart mixer for $12 they spent 200 in points probably or something like that and I never received my $50 bonus. I’m waiting for a response from the company at this point to get a full refund and if I do, I will definitely repost if you’re gonna go there be very careful and understand the bylaws very well. Talk to customer service first before you put any money.
