What a SCAM company. The day before my flight. I am trying to get my seat on Delta airlines. When I can't, I called their 1800-578-0899 number listed on my paper work. A foreign guy just answers with Hello No company name etc. and when I explain my problem he hangs up I called back, again he hangs up on me. But does call back from 1-800-320-1707 and proceeds to say they are unable to book my flight Asks if I can't take another airline I proceeded to ask. Are you scamming me .. he hangs up. As a foot note. Initially I called Delta to inquire if this company was real And asked why their rates appeared to be lower than the Delta posted computer rate. The Delta rep said Travel groups such as these buy their seats in bulk and resale to the public So that explanation seem satisfactory. And now I am screwed the day before I am suppose to depart.

I will never use this business. Went online booked my flight, great price. After three days, I noticed my credit card wasn’t charged yet, but I received the itinerary. I called and they said they tried calling multiple times “to confirm” my reservation. I confirmed they had the right number and then pulled up my call log (they never called or emailed). Then said no worries, we can still book your flight..sure for double what I booked it for online. Just an absolute joke of customer service and business model. I will make sure every social media platform I am on knows about our experience.

The booking representative was very polite and helpful, but my ticket price went up almost double in amount of money from what I was quoted on the website and submitted payment for.

Ms. Catherine was amazing and help me out in a professional and respectful manner she is thorough and wants the best for her clients!!!

I had a great experience with Catherine she was polite, friendly and very patient as I was very skeptical about using a third party site. Catherine was great. But as far as gotravelticket as a company I was a tiny bit disappointed as the price I had locked in for the flight bookings ended up being a bit more as I was informed my original booking was a "stand by" and not guaranteed. Even with the price increase it was still cheaper than any other site.

Victor worked immediately and efficiently to solve a major issue. Solved quickly.

Catherine provided me an outstanding customer service and she is greatly appreciated. Booking was made very smooth and efficient for me.

Miss Catherine was very helpful and nice very knowledgeable with flights
