I do not recommend it. I bought a ticket to Madrid and never got it. I am demanding the return of my money. I wrnt to the Fortlauderdele airpory and was surprised that my flight did no have because it have not been paid the amount that O paid to Gotoflyer since May 15 and supposrdly everything eas ready to travel pn June 2, and today June 2, I am in Miami not traveling to Madrid.

I accepted a price quote 2/3 of what I found on other search engines. Instead of $180 -- $124. After I purchased the ticket I was sent an email that the credit card was declined. I called the toll free number to be told that I had entered 6866 (not the real numbers) instead of true numbers 6867 later in the conversation he said I entered 6868 . While I was on the phone with the agent, I booked again and noticed that the website had saved my original correct 6867 numbers. He saw my booking and said the number was correct this time. Hmmm. Later that day, another agent called me and said that if I wanted to check a bag it would cost me $149 or $199 at the airport. I told him I did not want to check a bag with him. He said "fine" and we ended call. An hour later they called and said that the connecting flight could not give me the same class and that if I wanted the ticket I would have to pay an extra $156. As you can see, this is a bait-and-switch scam. They started $60 under everyone else then tried to convince me to pay an extra $150 when the cost of a bag is $30. BEWARE.

This is a HUGE SCAM. Do not buy any tickets from this website. please BEWARE. They stole 400USD

they told me the flight was confirmed.2 days later they come up with an excuse that my credit card didn't go through, when i checked my credit card was no attempt made, they just lied about it, came up with a price of 2000 dollars more..

They don't even deserve one star. At first I thought they went above and beyond to help us. Everything was great until it was time to board the the plane. We had our etickets and boarding passes. As we were trying to board the plane we were told are tickets were no good. At that same time I received an email from John saying our flight has been changed. We went to check in for the new flight only to find out our tickets had been payed for with a stolen credit card, not the card we used to pay for the tickets. I am now pursuing this in a legal matter

Gotoflyer seems to be a scam site. I have had exactly the same experience as many other customers: I booked two flights from Florida to Arizona yesterday, for $273. Shortly afterward, I got a call: “these flights are no longer on offer; you have to take other flights for $488. But as a bonus this price already includes checked baggage.” . I said I wasn't interested in that; I just wanted the exact flights I had booked - or to cancel the whole booking. The employee became very unfriendly then and said that wasn't possible. Only when I asked for his boss did he reluctantly confirm that he would cancel the "booking". . Incidentally, half a day later the "unavailable flights" were still available at gotoflyer.com. . The whole thing seems to follow a system: A website offers cheap flights in order to appear on top of the rankings and search queries - even though these flights don't even exist. Can you imagine buying a pound of steaks for $15 at Walmart - and suddenly being told at the checkout "Sorry, the $15 just changed their price; you now have to pay $30!"? . That's the principle behind gotoflyer. . I then booked via Google Flights. It was more expensive, but I got the flights I wanted immediately and without any problems.

DO NOT TRUST--You will purchase at a specific price. They will call to tell you it's not available and dramatically increase price. Then they may not even provide you with the flight that you sought originally and provide a completely different flight, which may be at a completely different airport. WORST customer service. TERRIBLE company. Scam artists. DO. NOT. TRUST.

Beware all these fake reviews. This is a scam site. I found what looked to be a great deal on a flight and booked it for that same day. Got a confirmation email which said my tickets would come separately. I later got a call from Zara saying that she was only able to confirm one of my tickets and that if I wanted to confirm the 2nd one for the other passenger I would have to pay more than double what I booked the flight at. When I told her to cancel it she said that it’s non refundable. When I told her I wanted to change the name of the one confirmed flight she told me it would cost me an extra $120. I called the actual airline and told them all the things Zara was telling me and the airline said that was all lies. I finally told Zara that I was going to call visa and report them and after that I got an email saying my card would not be charged. Do not trust this site, don’t book your flight here and don’t be fooled by the cheap flights they advertise as it’s a ploy to get you to book with them instead of a reputable company like Expedia.
