SCAM ALERT!!! 5 round trip tickets from Chicago to Cancun was originally $1121 but the return flight price changed to the tune of $500 per person. I called United and they said my flight costs $4850. I had to cancel my credit card and am disputing the $1121 charge. How they’re able to still operate is literally a crime, btw their English is incoherent to put it nicely. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 5 STAR REVIWS THEY'RE ALL FAKE.

The only reason I gave them a 1 on the review is because ZERO is not an option. I booked a flight, and 30 minutes later a Rep called to say there are no more seats available at that price. BUT we can get you on that same flight for an additional $450+. I took out the additional insurance when I purchased my ticket. She said that didn’t matter. I could pay them $98 to cancel within 24 hours or I would lose my entire payment. I checked my bank account and an additional $49 had been added to the ticket cost. Completely a fraud company!

The website is a load of crap. We booked a cheap flight. The price suddenly increased almost fivefold. Plus, we couldn't fly from Miami and had to go to Fort Lauderdale. We're very disappointed and will never book with them again. They're all criminals there.

Scam Alert, Scam Alert stay away from this website. Got an email confirmation for a round-trip ticket and then they called and said that I would have to pay an additional $642. They first said oh you need to let your credit card company know that the charge of $835 is ok for the round-trip flight that you booked online. Once I did that BAM they said you have to pay an additional $642. So I said cancel the ticket and they said I owe a cancelation fee of $166. I said no you cannot charge my card that amount. They were insistent that they were going to refund the money but I had to pay $166.

Warning – Unreliable Service! Be very careful when dealing with this company. After I made a booking and received a booking number, they contacted me saying the price needed to be changed. Then they claimed that the original offer was no longer available. This is very misleading and feels like a scam. They lure you in with a low price, then try to charge you more after you commit. Avoid this service – they are not honest or professional
