I really have to say this ..His name is Dave Carlos and he helped me so much I can’t even believe that he did this for me ..I had to change my flight because of family emergency and he did so much for me he called me even back and make sure I’m ok and if find any other good deals !! He helped me so much I almost cried today he was awesome and I have to give 10 stars for Swiss airlines because the customer service just because of him is excellent.He deserve 10 stars for this how he helped me today ..I hope everyone is like him because people have emergencies and they have to change tickets last minute ..I wish him only the best he deserve big applause because he made my day ..Thank you Dave

DAVE SAVED MY LIFE. He was on the phone with me for hours back n forth trying to help me get out on a flight the very same night. He called back multiple times to check and make sure I had everything. Even when I questioned him he always reassured me and helped me as fast as he could.
