8/4/2023 Miley Baker was so kind and so so sweet to me. I just love the patience that she had with me. She took the time to hear me out and help me find my airline fight on Singapore Air. I was crying because I thought I got cheated and she found my flight. She made my day. I'm no longer crying now. Thank you Miley!!!!!!!

James was exceptaional. He stayed with me for 4:28 hours until he could address all of my issues. You have a class A++ employee. I have never encountered an airline employee as exceptionally as him before. Please thank him for me!

Very professional

(A little backstory) United Airlines booked a wrong ticket for an Unaccompanied Minor (my daughter), then rejected her at the gate after making a 2-hour drive with her mom. Afterwards, they gave me a bogus number to call, which I did, and the sales representative tried to make me pay an additional $500 to rebook the ticket that United messed up on. After Googling a different number, I came across Dave Carlos, who is the best representative that I have came across in a long time. He was able to find a significantly reduced flight for the next day. On top of that, he gave me his direct email and stayed in touch with me through the entirety of the process until she reached me. Thank you again Dave. She made it safe and sound.
