OMG, our Alaska cruise was canceled creating a nightmare of having to cancel flights, etc.& my wife & I have never dealt with more delightful, empathetic, responsive airline agents. Ethan Wills, (who we dealt with the most) was so helpful! We even spoke to a supervisor name Rodney a couple of times, & he was equally as friendly & helpful! I also spoke to other staff that were very professional & helpful as well. Responding emails were answered so quickly! Thank you all for turning an unbearable situation much less stressful.
