To do this Titus partners with local stagers, photographers, painters and flooring providers to offer a "Pay at close" button on their proposals. Fees to consumers are as low as 0% because the business pays a fee to offer the service. Since launching Atlanta in November 2024 Titus has grown quickly and now offers services across the southeast and midwest.

Seamless and smooth process. Got home staged by Step by Stage Interiors and they used Titus for financing. Home was sold quickly and Titus facilitated payment to stagers and received their payment at closing! Didn’t have to pay anything upfront!

I’ve worked with Titus several times for a couple of my listings. The fact that my sellers can tap into their equity quickly to cover Staging and cosmetic updates has been extremely valuable. Usually, my clients are in disbelief when I tell them how easy it is to access the money. The fact that they can pay the loan back at closing from their proceeds helps cover expenses they wouldn’t be able to cover. When it comes to selling your home, you only have one shot to make a first , if your house isn’t polished, it’s not going to sell for top dollar. Titus has created a way that allows sellers to tap into their equity without going to the bank and getting a loan.
