GothMallReviews of gothmall.com

Goth Mall is amazing. My fault for ordering the wrong sizes. Through email and time I'm happy to say I'm more than satisfied. I've made a great business relationship and I love the effort they put in to meet and exceed your needs. Highly recommend this business to all my darklings around the globe. Check out there gear and love them too. If you work with them they'll definitely work for you

Molly at Goth Mall, amazing, needed my package to arrive at a certain time before my travels then realized I needed a different size but somehow she made it happen. Communication was great product was great. Nothing but good things to say. I’m a customer now and Goth Mall has gotten my loyalty. Thanks for being awesome.

This store is great, a lot of different styles of clothes and even home decor products. Great quality and super fast shipping. Totally recommend Goth Mall.

I ordered my wedding dress from here after seeing it on Pinterest and I am absolutely in love. It took about 30 days to get to me with custom measurements sent and it is stunning in person. Would recommend to anyone!

Extremely helpful responsive staff to help with size issue.

This is an awesome site! They respond quickly to questions on Facebook and had my things shipped out within just hours of me buying them. They also gave me a coupon for 15% off which didn't end up working, so they refunded the amount it would have been back into my account. Great small business, 12/10 will definitely be back to this site again.

Excellent experience! I ordered a pair of corseted leggings and Molly from Goth Mall helped me with sizing and offered great advice. Customer service was delightful, super fast shipping and I was able to keep track of my package every time it moved. Super happy with everything! Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered the ‘basic witch dress’ and i love it!! Its decent quality material and it arrived in a few week :) Definitely buying from here again
