I ordered a tshirt for an April 25 birthday present 10 days ago with the understanding delivery would be 5-7 days after the order is placed. They took my money and as of this date it is still showing in tracking as having been accepted. I have contacted them several times by email and on Facebook and received an email stating it was to be printed yesterday, and it was not. All correspondence from them has been form letters with no answers to my questions. I would consider buying a tshirt from somewhere else. With everything else that's going on these days I, personally, don't need this aggravation. And let's not blame this on COVID-19. This is an online purchase and COVID has nothing to do with ignoring my questions and delaying my order.

This company was real quick to take my money but slow to ship item. I ordered on 4/9 and still have yet to receive item. I have emailed several times checking status and an automatic templated replied back stating that order was shipping on 4/20 welp....I'm still waiting 2 days later for an updated status with oder number and there hasn't been any movement since I placed the order on 4/9. I sent an email yesterday requesting to cancel my order since it was a birthday gift and obviously not going to arrive anytime soon (hell the month of April is almost over so what's the point?!?) and of course once again I got an automatic template reply saying I can not cancel order because it's in production? I really find that hard to believe because there has been NO activity or movement since 4/9. Of course there's no contact number or live chat to speak to some directly. SMH! When this item arrives (whenever it FINALLY does) I am immediately returning to sender and dispute ALL charges with my bank! This site will be reported to the BBB and I will share and tell everyone how HORRIBLE this company is!!!! ******STATUS UPDATE 5/6/20***** Almost 1 month later since I placed my order and the item still has NOT been shipped out from Indiana!!!! According to their website it shows that my item is STILL in "printing status!!!!" I never received a "sorry for the delay or inconvenience" email or a courtesy shipping cost credit for $4.95! NOTHING!! Just bad business all the way around!!! BEWARE!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! *****LAST AND FINAL UPDATE***** 5/19/2020 I FINALLY received this order today 40 days later!!! Total cost of 1 item was $34 including S&H $10 of it was refunded only! After waiting for over a month and a half for a April 2020 shirt!

Made an order several weeks ago. Emailed the company and I'm still waiting for a response on my status. They still haven't responded. Not professional at all

They do not deserve a star. Bought shirt for my daughters graduation gift got nothing in the COVID crap to give her now. Reporting to FBI for scam. No way to contact them no number. I usually check things out and do not know who is posting these positive reviews but they are bull crap even sent me an email saying Ingot the shirt BS

I had to give one star to be able to write a review but I would rather do no stars! I ordered a shirt on April 4 for my husband’s birthday which, by the way is past. The tracking number said it was done on April 13 and since then it has gone to 4 different destinations and I still don’t have it. I emailed them a day after I ordered because I wanted a different color but they said unfortunately they print them “on demand order specific” and mine was already printed. How could that be if it was done on April 13? I really doubt that as I’m thinking they are mass produced. If and when I get the shirt I’m going to put RETURN TO SENDER on it and mail it back. I’m also going to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I placed an order on the 9th april for a birthday shirt, I have no order number, cant email them as I have no order number but yet the money was taken out of my bank the same day 9th april. I dont know what to do. There is no phone number. Can anyone help! All I have as proof that I ordered is that it's on my bank statement. Gossgear, why cant I get hold of you? Where is my order number? Where is my shirt?

I ordered a shirt on April 7th the money was taken out of my account and I have emailed them several times just to be told product should go to printing the next day . Well it is April 19th I do not have the product and it states my order is still being processed. I tried cancelling my order today and it states that it is in production. i find this very hard to believe. I will not order from this company again.

Ordered Senior shirt for College graduating daughter. Order took weeks & was wrong size. Has been 6 times trying to reorder & finally just cancelled order. Found replies to be slow and ineffective. Never use this company again. Very disappointed!
