I ordered a shirt. Site stated on the outside I would have it in time for a birthday (gift) Said it would ship within 5-10 business days of order/payment On 11 day website stated my shirt had not even been printed yet, much less shipped! I contacted them and asked for refund due to not following through. They declined. And now they stated it is in production. Now state will ship 5-10 days after production. So it won’t even ship until a month after ordering (20 business days)? I can understand delays in the delivery, but this isn’t even getting out the door for a month. No phone number with live person. Shady

I put in an order, within 10 minutes of putting in order I found out a family member had also got the same shirt, I requested a refund... I did not receive refund because they said the shirt order was all ready being made. I can respect if I had called the next day and tried to get one, I would even respect an hour or so later, but this was literally a few minutes... I tried emailing back and have not received an email back... That is not good customer service, I would have even ordered another shirt... But they did not offer anything...

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered my daughter a birthday shirt and no info given. Would have been cheaper and faster to print one myself.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an APRIL birthday shirt for a 50th birthday for 4/25 on 4/3, I just got an email it will be delivered on MAY 2. A month?!? Not to mention about 2 hours after I ordered I found something else I liked better. I contacted them to cancel my order and 3 days later they responded that it was already in processing and couldn’t be cancelled. Beware if you are ordering for a Specific date give yourself lots of time!! So disappointing!!

I ordered a shirt 2 weeks ago (4/16) for my son’s birthday tomorrow (4/30). I inquired about the order last week and they said it would be on time. The shirt has not even been printed so I asked for a refund yesterday 4/28. They stated they could not refund my money because the order is on time. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and the lack of understanding as to why I wanted a refund. I understand due to covid-19 things take longer but you too should be understanding.

Zero stars!!! I ordered the shirt and didn’t receive it in my birthday month. It took over a week in just processing. Extremely slow and not worth the wait!

Wish I could give 0 stars as with others I ordered my shirts when I had paid the delivery lead time had changed. I emailed immediately asking for advice on how to cancel. I did receive an email back explaining how to cancel but this did not work. I have now emailed a further 3 times and only received an automated response saying they would get back to me in 72 hours which they didnt. Order is still showing as pending after 10 days absolutely disgusting that someone is profiteering out of a crisis.

Like others, this would be zero stars if I could. Ordered a shirt 12 days ago, still hasn’t gone to print. Response to my email says it will print tomorrow. That was 3 days ago. They don’t respond to follow up emails. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
