If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered multiple shirts at the end of March and still haven’t received them. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions and asked for a refund but they tell me I received the package. No....I didn’t. Do NOT order from.this company. the customer service is horrible and there is no phone number to reach a person, it’s all via email!

Ordered a t-shirt on 15th April hoping it would arrive for my birthday 3rd May. Site said orders will take 5-10 days to deliver due to pandemic. Site tracking said order was picked up on 16th but next update was 30th when it went for print Emailed through various methods to get refund and just get ignored. Automated response said request would be picked up within 72hours... that was a week ago. I am now trying to claim via my card provider. Awful service even worse customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Order a T-shirt on April 15 still printing never will order from them again

17 days and no news on the order. Printing for ages now! Wondering if they are printing me a container load.

Gossgear.com has been an absolutely terrible company to work with and I do not suggest ordering any products from them. My order status showed order received for 15 days. After the 15 day period passed, the order finally moved to printing and has been stuck in that status for 6 days. It does not take 6 days to print! Additionally, they have a guarantee that it can be cancel and refunded if requested before it is sent to printing. During the 15 days of waiting for it to print, I asked for it to be cancelled. They said that I could not cancel it because it was in production. However, it was not in production, per their own website order status tracker. It was still another 2 days before it moved to being in production. Since then, I have written several emails of which their "customer service" has responded with continuous canned answers that do not even address my questions or resolve my issue. Since I requested the cancellation before the shirt was put into production, the right thing to do would be to honor my request due to the multiple mistakes made with my order (Delayed shipping - not in the promised time frame / Customer Service who will not respond with actual answers / Not responding to my emails in the time frame promised of 72 hours / Not cancelling my order when I requested before it was supposedly put into production / Lying about it being in production ) I have documented everything including date and time stamps of the order status and will be escalating this issue everywhere until I get a resolution.

I’ve been trying to contact this company since the moment I placed my order since I got a women’s cut instead of the mans. The kept sending automated responses with no help for weeks. Today someone wrote back saying it was too late to make changes... well no duh it’s been weeks of you giving me the run around with ur automated responses. My response to them - “Interesting, because I wrote you the day after while they were not in production. It’s taken weeks to get any response that isn’t automated. So yes, you did have the time to change it. You just didn’t. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. All the birthdays I’ve ordered for have past and you are also sending a shirt I can’t use because it’s a women’s cut for a man. Your whole operation is bass akwards and couldn’t be a worse company. Thank you so much for nothing. I will be writing reviews on any platform I can find about just how terrible the customer service, we’ll any aspect of your company is. It would be nice if you actually helped fix something verse sending a crappy automated response that does absolutely nothing to help your customers.” Do not order from this company!!!!!!!

Never again!!!!! T.shirt took 4 weeks for delivery- too late for the birthday gift it was meant for - sizing is ridiculous- far too small!!!!! Material is rubbish, such poor quality! For the price WHICH IS NOT CHEAP I expected better! Shame on you taking folks hard earned money and not giving quality service! I WILL NOT be ordering from goss gear (GROSS GEAR) ever again!

I ordered a birthday shirt on April 2, they took my money on April 3. They said it takes 4-10 days for shipping. After 2 weeks it still said it was printing and it would be 4-15 days for shipping. It’s been a month, it says it’s been shipped but the Usps and DHL #’s they gave are wrong. I emailed them saying I wanted a refund, they said we’re working hard to get your order processed. Processed?!!! It says it’s been shipped!! It’s a bogus company scamming people taking their money. I’m adding to my initial review that I did finally receive the T-shirt about a week after writing the review. It’s a standard Hanes T-shirt (the tag is in the neck), very stiff and they did the screenprint. If you don’t care how long it takes to receive it’s ok. It would be better if they had someone who responded to emails to put people at ease when it takes so long. We just want to know we haven’t been taken for a ride and it’s a legitimate Company.
