After ordering a t-shirt for my son in April 13th, waited to get the email saying my item was shipped....well a month later after paying for it April 13th got no original email saying it was shipped. I contacted them by email twice and still no response. Finally I just contacted my bank to get my money back. Will NEVER order from gossgear again. Poor business practice. Buyer beware! Same review as everyone else. I ordered in the beginning of April it’s now the beginning of May and it’s still “processing”. I’ve asked 4 times to cancel and a refund and they refuse. I would have never ordered if I knew it would take a month. Such a scam company!!!

Terrible company. Go somewhere else !!! Not only will your order arrive late....it will be several weeks late. Their only customer service is through e-mail, and customer service is terrible as well. You receive only "form letter" responses that do not specifically address your order or issue. Regardless of how bad they screw things up, and don't meet their order obligation(s), they WILL NOT refund your money. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Same story as everyone else. Ordered with plenty of time - 10 days before my twins birthday and nothing. You can’t even call. All you can do is message a bot. Also I didn’t get the 5-FIFTEEN days to ship until after a I ordered. I would never have done it if it took that all

I ordered shirts for my son and I for a quarantined Mother’s Day. Placed order April 17. Today is May 7 shirts still have not even shipped. Why offer a product for specific day when you have no way Ron get the product out. My son is so disappointed that we will not have our shirts in time. $50 for 2 T-shirt’s that we can even wear!!!! No contact when I send an email and can’t seem to locate an actual number to call. Will never order from this company again.

If there was zero, that's what they would get. Ordered April 8th, email said 5-10 days to ship. My credit card was charged on April 8th, took 15 days to process my order 15 days so far in printing, I have emailed and get a computer generated response. Not happy it is May 8th now with no t-shirt

Ordered and it said 5-10days for delivery. Which i thought was fine as ot was three weekes before the birthday. It took them 8 days for status of order to change from pending to processing! And when i ask to cancel for a refund as wont arrive in time ao will be no good they are refusing saying i cant and stating processing can take 5 to 15 working days?!? Before even being sent! Expected now June when ordered in April! Making it late for all three birthdays! And therefore not sit for purpose any longer. Disgusting service.

T.shirt took about 2 weeks for delivery, I place my order back in April 8th for my birthday (25th) it was meant for - I sent an email on April 20th (they responded today May 7th) because it showed that they received my order but was not process yet The T-shirt arrived one week after my birthday, It was an April T-shirt of course I needed it in April.... T-shirt Arrived on the 30th of April. Size they run small I WILL NOT be ordering from goss gear
