scam company
Same as all the others, ordered last month, no T shirt arrived, cant contact just lost 26 quid, stay away from this scam.

Didn't arrive on time and no customer service phone number
I placed an order for a quarantine birthday party shirt on April 18, 2020. I needed the shirt for use Mother's Day weekend. It listed the order as ready for printing April 30. The week before Mother's Day I didn't have it so I complained. They gave me a 10 percent refund which amounted to zero because they just readded the shipping cost that was taken off for spending at least $45. I then wrote that I wanted to cancel my order. They said they couldn't because it was sent for printing. So I called my credit card company to cancel the charge which they had charged a while back. Without a product being shipped, they could have given me a full refund. That is basic. The birthday party has passed. I don't need the shirt now, but it has not arrived yet my credit card was charged. I ordered the shirt in plenty of time. It should have arrived in April but the event it was for has passed. And to add insult to injury, this company has no phone number to complain, just an online form whereby you get a standard response from a bot..

Ordered as a birthday present 3 weeks…
Ordered as a birthday present 3 weeks ago have heard nothing since. I strongly suspect it's a scam company and would advise against using Goss Gear.

Horrible
Horrible. Do not order. I ordered on April 14th. Hasn’t even been sent and it is May 10th. Page says 5-15 days. Bull

Has anyone actually received any items????
Has anyone actually received any items that they ordered? I certainly haven’t, tracker still says “printing” but the items should have been received by the end of April. I ordered on the 16th April.

Pity I can't give 0 stars!
Pity I can't give 0 stars!! 2 shirts ordered for birthdays are late and absolutely no reply to emails I've sent to enquire about them. Do NOT deal with GOSSGEAR. They're probably not legit. Very disappointed.
