Will give them 0 or negative stars if possible. Bought a T-shirt and two face masks on 1st of May for a family member birthday. 85 days have passed and items haven’t been received. Last communication with their customer service team they asked to summit a claim with a second level team which I just did, but stated “to be honest we are unable to cancel and process a full refund since the order was already shipped” Not very useful service or advise, but will be escalating as needed to get my money back. Don’t buy from them!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Order never arrived.Placed my order in April, have set numerous email chasing the order. I have just received an email stating that because my order did not meet my expectations and my complaint was over 60 days it was not valid and they will close my case. I have never received this order...so how come it didn’t meet my expectations???

I ordered a mug and a t-shirt for father's day. I ordered 10 days ahead of father's day and received the mug ON father's day but here it is July 8th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHIRT. A so-called "CLAIM" tells me I have to wait another 1-2 weeks with absolutely no explanation. Very disappointed and will not order again.

I ordered 2 t-shirts on 22nd of May. At the time, the lead time was advertised as being 5 to 15 days. I bought the birthday t-shirts for birthdays in June which have already happened over a month ago. It is now 7th of July and i have still not received my purchases. Please do not trust this company with your money. I have emailed them and heard nothing! I will now request that my card company claim the money back on my behalf. Don’t be fooled by the ‘printing’ status on your order details. My order has been in ‘printing’ since May!! In ‘printing’ for 2 months!!

Horrible horrible I order 5 items on May 17 for my nephew 8 grade graduation for a teacher for my brother in low and as of today I haven’t got it I call email them no respond please don’t buy anything form them

I have to give one star because it won't allow me to not put one. Don't ever purchase anything from this company. For an item that was for my 50th birthday and was supposed to take 5-10 days to arrive which would have been in time, I patiently waited 10 weeks with emails back and forward and still didn't receive my item. I asked for a refund and was denied and all they could say was they would print me a tshirt. I explained to them that this was unacceptable as it was now irrelevant and was basically told that was all they could do. They are a complete rip off. I am now going to have to try a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

I ordered a quarantine shirt for my senior son on 4/17 and it was delivered on 4/24. I ordered a Large but they sent a Youth Large. On 4/25 I filed a claim with a pic showing that their website did NOT say Youth large and I need an adult Large. On 5/5 I received notification that they would be reprinting and sending me a new one. It was finally shipped on 6/24 and arrived on 7/1. They sent a Youth XL!!!! Nope my 18 year old son still hasn’t shrunk to youth sizes! A month after graduation and I still don’t have a shirt to give him.

I ordered a birthday quarantined tshirt and mask on 4/1220 for my birthday 5/15. I received the shirt on 5/13/20 and NOT THE MASK. I have tried several tomes to file a complaint and was denied a refund for the price of the mask nor have they sent the mask and it is now 7/1/20. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY!!! They’re A FRAUD and u cant still use COVID as an excuse as to why I havent received my product. THE WORST BUSINESS OUT HERE. A BS COMPANY
