Did not deliver the product, the website said 5-10 days when I ordered, after ordering that became 5-15 days. Now it is 20 business days and still nothing. The phone line is automated and no matter what you enter, it just tells you your product will ship in 5 business days. The email support is an automated response that says they will take 30% off your order. No matter what you send them, this is the response. A total scam company, their goal is to delay until you are outside the dispute window for the purchase. I doubt these 5 star reviews are even real.

Goss Gear do not process orders on time, when you seek resolution and updates their 'customer service' staff (especially T) do not even pretend to care or simply apologise for a delay - you get tetchy and clinic commercial responses. Pretty rude when Goss Gear have already failed to even print the product a month after ordering. The key issue is that Goss Gear are not responsive to customers and do not care if there are delays. Still trying to resolve production or get a refund. Do not risk your money here...

Your order will not arrive on time and though my order wasn't in time for the occasion they won't cancel my order because it's "custom" . It's NOT custom it's a generic 50th birthday t-shirt. It's still not here almost a month after the order and EVERY time I check it says it will be shipped in 5 days. If I check in a week it will tell me it will be shipped in 5 days. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Be prepared for a long waiting period between ordering and actually receiving your order. I ordered a shirt on 4/15/20 and according to the "Track your order" on their website, it still hasn't printed as of 5/14/20.... ONE MONTH!! Their ads say 5-15 days for shipping.... NOT TRUE!! Hopefully I'll receive before my daughter's birthday.

Gossgear is clearly nothing but a scam company. I will send Facebook a carefully worded correspondence that they are allowing more than one scam company advertise through their web site. Maybe there is a class action lawsuit here, at least against Gossgear. They are charging ~$25/shirt X hundreds of orders = “easy money”

Scam. Same as all the other reviews. Ordered 4/19 and still nothing. Emails are met with automated responses that address nothing. They must be writing themselves reviews for the 5 star. " Arrived quickly" and "great communication" NO Way!! All the 5 star reviews are "people" who have only reviewed this company

It’s been a month and they still haven’t shipped my order. Filled out a cancel order request and they denied because it was sent to print immediately for quick delivery. I guess quick means months....

Avoid ordering! They are scammer! We did not receive two orders. NO one will talk to you. You will never get refund. They will never follow up with emails.
