Update on my Gossgear order: I had sent three emails to this company to request a refund for the "missing order"..and was only told that they "don't issue returns..only returns/exchanges". Really...returns/exchanges on items I hadn't receive yet...ridiculous! So I filed a complaint with BBB of Indiana. And I stopped payment thru Amex! THEN, On May 14th...after 6 weeks of waiting from April 3rd order...the darn package arrived at my door. I refused the package, as I no longer needed this oder that were suppose to be Easter gifts. Such a disappointment - just add this to the list of let downs for my 2020 graduate!

Purchased a month ago & still nothing...the birthday has already been & gone...waste of money & clearly a scam

Just read the reviews. One thing extra they charged me twice and have not found the problem. I had to go through Chase. This is a bad company

I would give it a zero if I could. Do not buy from this company! I ordered 6 weeks ago and still says printing on the order.

Beware... Fast shipping is NOT true. Ordered 3weeks ago for 10yr old daughters birthday on 26th. Allegedly still in production/printing. Now no way will arrive in time and will not cancel/refund. So dissapointing. Shocking business practice. 😡

Don't buy from this company. Will not ship order, will not give a straight answer to inquiries, will not refund money. I didn't realize this was the same company I was already having a problem with. They are just using different names for the same company that is ripping people off. I will definitely be posting this to my facebook page and try to get all my friends to share.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible. I ordered a shirt from them over 5 weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I'm beginning to think i'm never going to get my shirt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
