GossgearReviews of gossgear.com

I am going to get on the site every day and leave a bad review. You guys are scam artists and you're taking people's money. When you have a bunch of people putting in bad reviews you have your people come in with good reviews. I wasn't born frickin yesterday, anyone can clearly see the reviews are bull. You do not send out stuff that people pay for and that's ridiculous

I ordered this t-shirt on 4/17. The order said it would ship between 5-10 business days. On 5/3 I tried to cancel because the t-shirt hadn’t shipped yet and my sons birthday was now over. On 5/4 I received an email saying that it already entered printing and I couldn’t cancel. On 5/14 I get an email saying it shipped. I received the t-shirt yesterday. Over a MONTH after I placed the order. I’m extremely unhappy. I paid a high price for a crappy t-shirt that arrived way too late for his birthday. I will never use this company again.

Horrible company. Do not do business with them. Ordered April 12. It finally shipped on May 16. Today, the tracking shows that it is being held by the carrier because of not enough postage. Contacted the company and they told me that once it leaves their warehouse, they are not responsible. I asked about the postage and they again said it was not their fault and I should pay it if I want my item. Not only did you steal $35 from me, you didn't send anything either. They honestly don't even deserve the 1 star. It's too bad that not enough people read these reviews. Companies like this prey on people to steal their money. I was distracted by what I thought would be a good product. I hope my $35 goes to good use in your company cause it's definitely the last you'll get from me and everyone that I can spread on social media my story.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a T shirt on 8 April for my daughters 18th which was on 7th May. Acknowledgement said my order would be dispatched within 10 days. On 3rd May it still hadn't been started so I asked that the order be cancelled - refused as it "was in process" but they did give me a 10% refund. Order arrived today, 22nd May - awful quality. The writing is blurred & there are smudge marks all over the front & it's of cheap quality. I have complained to the co who will not give a refund only another T shirt which I do not want.

Ordered product April 18. Cancelled order April 28 as still not in production. Cancelled payment with credit card company April 28. May 5 got email asking why cancelled payment even though sent two emails to them cancelling order. Re-advised that order cancelled. Five days later got email stating that it was already manufactured (while the website states not in production yet). Again advised not to ship AND that money was refused by credit card company. May 22 received notification that the so called company shipped the package. Notified that I will refuse the package as it was not paid for. Must be the worst run business in the world. Update-After two more back and forth communications, the company stated that they cannot take returns and to simply keep it. Shirt did arrive and was good quality.

I would like to give negative stars if I could! My daughter’s birthday was 2 days ago and shirt was ordered 32 days ago!! I contacted them to cancel the order after 26 days knowing even if they shipped it at that moment it wouldn’t be here in time and was told due to “custom nature” it couldn’t be cancelled. It has been 6 days since I got that message and it still hasn’t shipped, so there was no reason they couldn’t have cancelled it since they STILL HAVEN’T made the shirt yet and I don’t need it at this point 😡

Terrible company. I bought a "Quarantine Birthday" shirt from them over 30 days in advance of the birthday and it estimated delivery in 7 days. It has now been over 45 days and the shirt still hasn't been received, I just got an email yesterday that they have shipped it. It's completely useless now that his birthday has passed. I emailed about that to the company and they sent me a generic form letter that wasn't even fitting to my complaint. I then responded to it and got another generic letter that (again) wasn't pertinent. Crappy company that just wants to profit based off of the messed up situation that we are in but doesn't bother with customer service. Don't give them any of your money, they don't deserve it. Avoid this company.

I placed an order on April 14th for a May 6th birthday. I checked on my order on May 1st and it had just moved to the 'printing' stage. I thought, "oh will ship on time'. On May 3rd it was still 'printing' and I reached out explaining I no longer needed the item as the birthday was on the 6th. They refused refund saying it was already 'printing'. After a back and forth they gave me 10% refund (2.99). Here we are and it is now May 21st and it is still 'printing'. Don't order from them if you need it within 2 months.
