Ordered 2 shirts for graduates on April 16th still haven't received them now one of the graduations is passed, the last tracking check the products were 37 miles away from us that was on May 23rd now not expected to be delivered until May 27th how does it take 4 days to move product 37 miles ??? by snail apparently! I get i live in rural Montana but REALLY!!! I know it does not take 5 plus weeks to print and ship tee shirts. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bday shirt for my wife on 4/16. They said it would be shipped by 4/23. It is now May 24.....30 days later.....still no shirt!!!! Got an email today the the shirt has been shipped....Wow... I asked for a full refund. That was not granted. They apologized for the delay. Are you kidding?????!!!! Btw, my wife’s bday was 5/20. Will not do business again.

Not sure if legit or not but these guys failed to.process an order after 6 weeks...they are denying cancelation and refund at this stage!

I have ordered 2 items from them, got confirmation e mail then nothing, I emailed them 4 weeks later and they had forgotten to process my order!! Still haven't got it and the emails are bouncing back and on the website e mail they say my e mail is wrong!! So they've had my money for 9 weeks and still no goods, will be reporting them to trading standards!!

READ THE REVIEWS!!! And then don't buy from them. Ordered on 4/21; WENT TO PRINT 4/30! / still "In print" on 5/23. There is no acceptable excuse. Don't be like me. Read the reviews first and be guided by them. Avoid Gossgear.

4-9-20: Ordered 2 shirts as a 40th birthday gift for my friend in DC. Birthday was 4-29-20. 4-26 & 5-11: Sent follow up emails about status of order. Each time, received an automated response. The May email said the status was “printing”. 5-23-20: Still no damn shirt. IF THEY EVER COME, I will return to share the arrival date, quality & accuracy of the shirts, and pics if possible! By the way GossGear: I’m sure that every single customer has considered the impact of the pandemic on orders & deliveries. But I can’t continue to be reasonable with your unreasonable business practices.

Ordered lockdown t-shirt over a month before my sons birthday. Not received. Have emailed several times but stock reply, "check tracking". The tracking hadnt been updated for 10 days when you tell them this they reply with check the tracking. Really disappointed, if you can't fullfill orders, don't take them.

Everyone...go to BBB.org and file a complaint. Have been waiting a month for one shirt. Says it’s printing. Tried to cancel. They say I can’t. I emailed again stating to cancel my order or I’ll contact a lawyer and the BBB. But I already contacted the BBB. Ha!
