I ordered over 6 weeks ago and the order status is still in printing. I have called, emailed, and sent requests through the website with no response. They were very quick to charge my CC though! I still see ads on Facebook even after I complained to Facebook. I will never order anything from a Facebook advertiser again.

I rarely do things like this, but people need to know. Do not order through these people. My order was placed April 14th, and as of today, it still is “printing”. I’ve emailed them and was told it is due to Covid19. I get things can take a little longer, but this over 45 days, and it’s still in the printing stage? I say BS. They are in Pennsylvania which is just a couple states away from me. I will NEVER buy anything here again! These were birthday shirts for my 3 kids. 😑 I’ll be filing a claim with my bank to get my money back!

I placed and order on April 24th and still have not received my order but they had no problem charging my credit card. They said 15 to 21 business days and it is now May 30th. I have tried calling and now when I try tracking my order it says they have no record of anyone with that name or email address. Then give me back my damn money. I also see they are no longer advertising on Facebook

I ordered this on April 14th and it said 7 - 10 business days. I bought it for my Birthday on April 29th. It actually shipped on my Birthday! I took 44 days to arrive!? Unacceptable?! It's not worth the price, I do not recommend this company and I am sure it's a Communist China company pretending to be in the US! Garbage company and I hope they go broke!

Absolutely horrible. I would NOT recommend buying any products from gossgear, unless you plan on ordering your product 3 months before you need it. I have still yet to receive some thing I purchased over 2 months ago. I understand shipping delays can happen due to COVID but they didn't even ship my item until a MONTH after I had purchased it! I've sent countless emails, the last asking for a refund and all I get sent back is a generic and computerized message, apologizing and saying it's on its way. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering - ordered 17th April, processing didn't start until 30th april and shipping didn't begin until 21st may...now 29th may and this single generic t-shirt still hasn't arrived. 40th birthday was on 18th May. Have ordered stuff from other companies and none of them seem to have the same delays. Will not order with them ever again.

Scam company!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Will not refund my order. Order has not been shipped and it's been a month. They continue to send the exact same response and will not even talk about a possible refund. They keep saying they will ship it, and nothing ever updates. The "customer service" email is almost exactly the same, word for word.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! Ordered shirts on April 16 and got an email stating because of Covid 19 10-15 days to ship after receiving the payment. I understood that going into the order. Here it is May 29 and still no shirts. Keep getting the same reponse emailing the supposed customer service. This is a load of crap. Don't waste your money and don't understand how they can advertise on social media platforms. What a rip off. Scam company.
