No one ever picked up the request. Over an hour wait for nothing to happen. Then you wait for customer service .. 🙄

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I can't fathom how they exist given my first - and only - experience. This was off the rails. GoShare had no issue with a driver who set his own schedule with zero communication despite the project being scheduled at a specific time, a helper who accepted work that put them at real risk of serious injury to themselves and everyone else around (forget the item being moved), and customers at either end of the project who were put in a bad position. For this, I was charged nearly $200. One item, 21 miles away, picked up with half the people they billed for and turning up two hours early with no notice. 1. Project was scheduled to start at 2:30pm. The driver arrived at the first address two hours early with no notice to me or the resident. Thank goodness someone happened to be home. 2. The helper that was supposed to be there was not present. The item is heavy. The person at the residence had to help the driver load it. The helper met up with the driver somewhere, because they were present at my end. 3. I received a notification through the app only after it had been loaded. I was unable to accommodate the early delivery as I had a video call that started at 1:00pm (hence the project start time of 2:30pm). I ended up being late because he said he 10 minutes away (he was 15). I had also promised to alert the person at the originating address when the driver was en route. 4. The helper was in no way meant to carry the load they signed up for. While I appreciate wanting to work, there’s appropriate and inappropriate. I genuinely feared injury to them and thought the console was going to be dropped. They had to stop for breaks multiple times. The table is heavy, but not THAT heavy. Wrong person for the job. 5. They damaged the doorway and nicked the walls on the way in. Not badly but this was not good, either. Chat support was not helpful - focused on helper job poaching (evidently not having read that the helper did turn up at my end of the job) and the nick in the door (which I said I would repaint, not tragic). Email support was no better - asked if I wanted to submit a damage claim. That was the least of the issues. I had to resort to threatening to dispute the charge, which will happen tomorrow. Unbelievable.

WARNING! This company is a SCAM. They delivered a couch to my mother’s house, left it outside (uncovered, with rain in the forecast), and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or knock. They have a Chat feature on their website, but it’s all AI—if you try to contact them this way, it just sends you in circles (look at the attached Transcript). Same thing if you try to use the Share Project Status feature—it looks like it is processing, but nothing happens. If you try the Contact Us page, it sends you back to the chat. After trying all day to get someone on the phone (starting at 10:00), I received an email from them, and they gave me a number to call, but it was after 5:00. I called the next day but, not surprisingly, it put me in touch with a person who was apparently just there to answer the phone as she didn’t have authority to do anything. After a mind-numbing back-and-forth with her, she finally spoke with her manager, Heather Huston, who sent me an email (she refused to talk to me on the phone) saying the best they can do is offer a 30% discount. I told the operator that was unacceptable because I had to hire another moving company to get the couch moved inside, as rain was imminent (and it did end up storming yesterday). When I told her this, she hung up on me. This company cares nothing about customer service and is happy to lose a customer instead of doing the right thing. I’m pretty sure any good reviews they’ve gotten are fake. Don’t get scammed like I did—make other arrangements for your delivery.

We will never use this company again. This is by far the worst moving experience I have ever witnessed. We ordered an oatmeal colored couch from the local home-goods and had them pick up and deliver. Paid extra to have it wrapped, which it arrived uncovered and that’s how they moved it. They had two movers which were very unprofessional. They were very rude and haphazard. I was asked to help them move the couch, which we did not pay for me to help. When moving they used their dirty shoes to move it up the stairs by pushing. They also cracked the internal wood by pushing to against our black metal railing. It left dark and deep marks in the couch. It was very muddy from them dropping it and using their shoes. They then argued they didn’t dirty it and one worker stormed off to leave us carrying the last item up the stairs. Don’t use them, would not recommend unless you want dirty and damaged furniture.

I used GOshare in February 2025 to deliver a loveseat after buying it from a local furniture store, and my experience was disappointing from start to finish. GOshare had all the details before providing my quote, including the pickup location, delivery address, and the size of the loveseat. The quote indicated a two-person delivery team, but only one driver showed up, and I ended up helping move my own furniture. I was never told I would be expected to assist. I was also assured the loveseat would be transported in a covered truck because rain was in the forecast. Instead, it arrived on an uncovered truck, which wasn't the service I agreed to. During the delivery, the driver repeatedly complained about gas, tolls, and tipping, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The biggest issue came almost two years later when GOshare tried to charge me an additional $70, claiming the original price was only an estimate. They had all the information needed to calculate the cost before the delivery, and I was never told they could increase the price years later. Since then, I've received repeated text messages and they've attempted to charge the credit card they have on file without my authorization. Based on my experience, I would not use GOshare again. The delivery didn't match what was promised, and the attempt to collect additional money nearly two years later has left me with serious concerns about their billing practices.

First time user and very happy with the results. Driver was courteous, professional and arrived at the store to pick up my recliner promptly. He delivered it to my home in about 30 minutes with no issues. Will definitely use them again as people like me with sports cars need a truck or cargo van every once in a while. Reasonable prices too!

The courier was supposed to pick up a package, deliver it, pick up another package, and return it to the original location. He took a random package from a neighbor’s porch, delivered it, and then took the return package to a different random porch. After 2.5 hours debating with GoShare, they refunded my money and kicked me off of their platform.
