Gorvex.comReviews of gorvex.com

Trying to understand why the price almost doubled in a 6 month period.

Flimsy plastic. As soon as we went to attach it to the wall it cracked. So we had to purchase a sturdier one

We based our purchase with Gorvex based on the estimated arrival date of the gloves. We ordered and heard nothing for a long time. We sent an email to find out where the order was and got a reply that there was a delay in shipment. We had not gotten an update on that until we contacted you. The order did not arrive for the project we needed them for. We were credited shipping fees which was appreciated, but unfortunately the main reason we ordered them was to use them for a specific date and project. They did not arrive on time for that.

Placed an order 11.29.20 as of today I still have not received my item. I have called several times to inquire about my order. Yesterday I called and received a voicemail message stating it looks like my order is lost with USPS. When I called today to find out the resolution since it seems lost the response I got was that they have opened a claim for the item with its tracking number and that it is now out of Gorvex’s control and that I will have to wait for USPS to resolve. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering again from them in the future. In the past if an order has been lost by a shipper, a claim is opened but the sender resends the item(s). If I receive both then I call the place to let them know so I can return the duplicate. When I told them today that the way they are choosing to handle issue is unacceptable the person I was speaking with did not seem to care to which I then advised my disappointment with them in handling the issue and that I will not be ordering from them again in the future. As an update to my original post....I did receive my package on 12.18.20. I would also like to add that I did get a follow-up call from someone else (Rebecca?) at Gorvex, who was much better in explaining the process should USPS not find my package. Her demeanor in regards to my frustration for the delay and lost package was much better than my experience earlier in the day with the other representative I first spoke with that day. I greatly appreciate the time the second person took to call me and discuss the situation further with me and give me a better explanation to their process for lost packages. I updated my original review rating from 1 to 3 rather than 4 because of the lack of communication with the first person I spoke to regarding the lost package and it doesn’t allow me to do a half star rating or I would change to 3.5.
