Hi Terry, thank you for the feedback especially about Amos which he will appreciate. We are very proud of the good work that our guides do and how well they look after our clients. Fantastic to hear too that you all had such a great trip - it was worth all our efforts with the visas!! Sorry to hear about the temperature in the vehicle. Uganda does not get as hot as other locations and most guests find that the large windows and pop-up roof are better on game drives but we are in the process of installing air-con in our fleet which should be completed by October. As you can imagine it is a big and expensive task and maintaining such things in these countries where there is so much dust is also expensive but we hope that it will improve guest comfort. Thanks Michael, it's such a shame that your journey to Rwanda started with an International flight delay and missed connection but we're glad that you had a great trip; we loved the gorilla selfie you sent over! As you rightly mention, blips are frustrating and unfortunately even with the best made plans the hotels occasionally let us down (this has happened with budget and 5* properties). We do our best with the cultural challenges and your patience was appreciated. Our opps team inform me that compensation for the hotel blip was made the next day by way of a complimentary vehicle. We are very pleased you enjoyed Rwanda and your volunteer experience. What an adventure you have all had!
