Gorilla Safari Company was absolutely brilliant in every single way. From the initial conversations with Donna and Amanda they guided us through the holiday, what we could book, found out about us and tailored a fantastic safari for us - keeping us up to date the whole way through and ensuring everything was incredibly easy. The holiday itself was truly outstanding. The lodges were wonderful and Donna and Amanda had even thrown in a few surprises for us. Our guide Jude was simply brilliant. He was friendly, nothing was too much trouble, he knew all the park guides and as a result was able to get us into situations to see animals that we wouldn't have had without him. For anyone looking to book a holiday to Uganda I would definitely recommend GSC and Jude as a local guide. They made our holiday wonderful from start to finish and we couldn't thank them enough!!

Unforgettable
Truly remarkable trip and one I will never forget. Everything was perfectly organised, we stayed in the most gorgeous traditional guest houses, saw the amazing gorillas, chimps, lions and cubs, rhinos, zebra, elephants, warthogs, impala, baboons, antelope and more thanks Jude our amazing guide. Loved every minute and fell in love with Uganda. Big thank you to Donna and Amanda for organising such a fantastic experience.

Highly recommend Gorilla Safari Company
Donna and Amanda at Gorilla Safari Co designed the most fabulous trip to Uganda and Kenya. Their advice and genuine interest prior to our departure was fabulous and the experiences we have had on safari have created wonderful memories for a lifetime. We have seen all the magical animals and landscapes of amazing East Africa. A brilliantly organised trip by Gorilla Safari Company.

Exceptional service
Working with Gorilla Safari Company was a wonderful experience. They are very responsive to questions and concerns which made for a seamless and successful expedition for all of our clients. Throughout the expedition staff and contractors went way beyond my expectations. I wouldn't hestitate to book with them again.

Great help on our first trip to africa
These folks found us a bicycle tour (BikeAdventures, Jinja, UG) of the communities around Jinja, Uganda, which really gave us a chance to meet Ugandans and get to know the country. It was a really unusual experience. The proprietors at Gorilla were texting back and forth with the providers, and with us, providing helpful input of all sorts. Just a really great bunch of people who are extremely well versed and well connected in the region.

A bike tour near Kampala
We had a limited amount of time and wanted an excursion outside of Kampala, Uganda. The Gorilla Safari Company designed a perfect tour for us partnering with a bike tour company in Jinja, Uganda. We saw a local community, a fishing port and Lake Victoria. Our guide picked us up at our hotel in Kampala and explained the landscape, economy and history of the area we toured.

Ugandan Experience
Just back from an amazing experience exploring Uganda. Since contacting Donna & Amanda at The Gorilla Safari company we have nothing but praise for the support, knowledge & professionalism in planning our trip of a lifetime. Main focus was the gorilla habituation day & chimp trekking day however alongside these we had other experiences including safari drives & river safari cruises. The main aspect of our experience with The Gorilla Safari Company was that our itinerary was well tailored & explained to us from start to finish, offering advice, a very detailed itinerary & suggestions on how best to make use of our time. (12days). Communication was excellent throughout & our trip exceeded all our expectations. When in Uganda The Gorilla Safari Company was represented throughout by our constant companion/guide/driver Ismail whose driving, wildlife knowledge & organisation was greatly appreciated & ensured that our trip went smoothly. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending The Gorilla Safari Company to anyone.

We can't fault The Gorilla Safari …
We can't fault The Gorilla Safari Company in any way. The transfers to and from the lodge worked perfectly, the accommodation itself was fabulous and as for the gorilla trekking itself - it surpassed all our expectations. A truly amazing experience.
