I ordered a Gorilla glass protector for my note 9 and never received a tracking number. I finally received my product, and it was for a note 8, and it was some Chinese knock-off fake glass. After asking for a refund, James from gorilla glass sent me a msg that the cases are miss labeled... Yeah, ok, I'll try it on my phone. Well, guess what. It doesn't cover correctly and fell off after 6hrs! Also, If you order from their site, you'll receive it from Amazon, but it won't register with amazon... Update to my review - I just received the correct screen protector that I ordered. So I'll adjust my rating to 3 stars
