We purchased a $39 case off the site. They shipped us a $12 FNT case from Amazon that doesn't even fit the phone, and isn't what we ordered. The case was never tracked on Amazon, all the while their site said it was in transit. The case was so bad we literally thought it was a free gift for buying the $1,300 phone from Amazon. Their customer service is completely unresponsive. Do not buy from this company.

What you ordered is nothing like what you get. Cheap case, belt clip to big. No one answers phone numbers. You wait on "chat" for hours for a human. When they finally come on chat they are no help. Just tells you no refunds. Doesn't matter that the belt clip is to big and thE case is not what was advertised. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They just dropship cheap shit from Amazon, literally in an Amazon package, looked it up and it cost 1/4 the price on there too

Absolutely crap - do not purchase from this website. The phone case they sent was nothing like what I ordered, phone numbers and address invalid and their AI response not sent me private information for 3 other customers during our 45 email chain. Don't waste your time or money!! I have reported to the authorities but unfortunately another company that has been scamming people for years!!

Got a horrible case for my switch 2. It didn't even fit correctly. It cost me $45,-. When talking to costumer service i had 5 e-mails where the person said he'd sent me a return code to send back my package but it was never attached to the mail. He said he's so sorry and i'm so patient and he will add it to the e-mail but after 5 tries of this nonsense i gave up. I've been mistreated and i won't get my money back. I don't think the adress is real and i even suspect the service just being an ai.

Ordered a case that never shipped although USPS prepared a label for it. Telephone # on website has an automated response saying that this number is not accepting calls. Customer service is an AI system that SENDS YOU OTHER PEOPLE’S ORDER INFORMATION INCLUDING THEIR ADDRESS, PHONE #, LAST 4 OF THEIR CREDIT CARD, ETC. This is not the first review to say this. Their website says you will deal with a real human being. Do not believe it. I notified my credit card company and got a credit.

Yeah, just briefly looking at the reviews here, looks like I kind of got flim-flammed by these guys. As others have said it took a long time to arrive, and then even after all that time it was the wrong product anyway. It wasn't an IP68 waterproof case, but just water resistant. I'm not planning to make an attempt to get a refund on the 44 bucks, but can just donate the case they sent to a local Goodwill store. I bought another one for about the same price with the shipping from ARMOR-X which is listed as IP68 waterproof. What they said in the return policy is that they only issue store credit anyway, but not a cash refund. But how does that help if they aren't really honest, and one doesn't want to buy from them again, but from another merchant who's legit?

Zero stars over 39 emails from company to send return label and cancel other products without resolution. Product (phone case) NOT military grade and would not trust phone case to protect my spouse thousand dollar phone. My fault I guess I should have looked at BBB site first and checked reviews.
