I've received a Bee kit but apart from stitch charts I have no instructions..... I haven't a clue as to where to start

If I could rate with no stars I would. The felt eggs are nothing more than cheap felt printed eggs. False advertising when you expect embroidered pieces as described in the advertisement. DO NOT order from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered felt egg DIY embroidery kits. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Opened package to find 5 "eggs" that were nothing more than prestamped fabric. No felt, no embroidery floss, no stuffing, nothing. Just 5 fabric egg-shaped pieces of fabric. Have gone back and forth with company. They offered me $7! I spent $65. Now they're up to $9. We'll be reporting to credit card company and bank. Company is fraudulent. Stay away.

The article I received does not correspond to what I ordered. It should have been a kit of felt appliqué with buttons. What I received is readymade, photographed and polyester and not even the design I chose. It apparently is 'up to standard'. I would recommend not ordering anything from this company.

Bought the stitch book from gorgeous appeal in Feb23, was suppose to be a going away present for my daughter. Paid for VIP shipping which guarantees delivery within 3-7 days. It has now been well over a month and still haven’t received anything and my daughter has flown so it’s useless to me now. Email them numerous times for a refund it they just keep telling me to sit for it. I think I’ve been scammed so don’t want anyone else to get scammed. Don’t buy from them. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have ordered 10 our Lady of Lourdes crochet doll to give as gifts to my friends for Christmas. It never came. The company says to keep waiting. Its the March already. When will i be able to get my order? At least refund ito’y send a new one!

I ordered 2 nativity sets with Lego blocks on January 10 2025. It is January 24th, and I have not heard about this. Please send me order or refund money. Thank you.
