Ordered an item and my husband ordered the same item unbeknown to me. I immediately wrote asking to cancel it. Three days later I had a reply saying they would be processing the order. I had already sent 6 emails asking for it to be cancelled before they processed it. To date I have now sent over 20 emails. The item with postage came to nearly one hundred dollars. They have offered six dollars refund despite their "policy" saying you can return items. They will not give their address and now refuse to reply. Later found the same item on temu for ten dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sewing doll & house template and instructiond. Advertised as $21.20NZ on FB Market place. Said delivery 3-5 days ( must be a local company.)Placed my order and did a screen shot just before paying as amount owing showed $20.36 no currency mentioned. Thought oh I got a discount some how Total was Subtotal 12.98 Shipping insurance $0.39 Post $6.99 ( thought it had said free post) Total$20.36 Paid by credit card . Recieved an email to say $24.43US ????? Credit card will show payment to AWAKINGCHEERFUL UK GB Credit card showed $40.10. Hhmmm ive been ripped off hope the post arrives. 2days later im trying to print a pdf file and see that the pattern NO instructions is in my downloads. I got sucked in big time cant find their advert. Total scam $40 for some paper

Identical to the other reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Item not as per description and then no chance of getting any sense at all out of them. Luckily I paid by PayPal and managed to get a refund from them. Total scammers.

SCAMMERS!!!!! Like the other reviewers we bought the large yarn bowl which arrived at 8cm diameter - there was no dimension in the original page but that has now been taken down by Gorgeous-Appeal.com Thankfully we paid by Paypal and after threatening the seller with a claim they offered a refund on return if we paid postage - otherwise they would refund $9 of the $45 dollars spent. They were also only offering refund of what we paid them not the total cost to us including taxes. After a week of too and fro I gave up and claimed via paypal. Once I had uploaded my claim Paypal refunded instantly - they obviously have lots of claims against this company. If you bought by paypal put in a claim for the whole amount. Do the same with your credit card as Gorgeous Appeal are scammers. If you are looking to buy this be careful and don't buy it from GA. Great print quality, but 1/4 the size it should have been, not the right colour and totally unusable for yarn!

Like another reviewer I also ordered a large dragon yarn bowl. It was tiny and 3d printed. No weight to it so even if it was big enough it would fall over. Useful for storing paper clips or maybe as an egg cup. I messaged the website and got nothing. Messaged the seller, nothing. Tried to leave a review and it’s funnily enough not been posted. Complete scam. Don’t use.

What a horrible company and I am disgusted with the service I received. My large yarn bowl turned out to be tiny (can maybe fit an egg in it), and they keep deleting my negative comment on the product page. I emailed for return options so we'll see how it goes but read the product listing well and don't get fooled by the pictures and false reviews. I understand it is my fault for not noticing dimensions in the listing but they provide false advertising!
