Scam. Cheapest quality, what was said to be made of stained glass is cheapest plastic rubbish! Do not buy!

The item I bought was absolute rubbish, the finish was very amateurish. The price was10.95 but ended up at 24.95. I immediately tried to cancel the order but they refused and even admitted that it would cost more than the item was worth to return it!!!!!! This company is not worth the aggravation

Purchased a Rachel doll for my great grand daughter. Absolute rubbish. Definitely not as advertised. Inferior substandard rubbish. When I complained they offered a refund if $3 us. Joke. Cost was $69 nz on my credit card. Scam rip off artists. DONT BUY OF THESE THIEVES

The product received was absolutely nothing like the advertised item and it turns out the video used was stolen from another company.

Bought a spinning dancer wind catcher, it was supposed to "capture the elegance of graceful movement"...... What arrived looked like it came from POUNDLAND. I'd bought 6 for Christmas coating me £78. I contacted the company and provided photos of what I received and a pic from their website of what I was supposed to get. They told me they'd checked with the warehouse, and the items sent were correct. After asking for a refund, they offered me $6 and then $9! I asked for a returns address, they didnt give me one, but instead told me it would cost me $20 to return the items. Contacted my bank as I'd told them I would do, got my money back. DON'T BUY FROM GORGEOUS APPEAL, NOTHING GORGEOUS ABOUT THEM!! SHOCKING SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

Haven't received embroidery kit .

Placed an order for an embroidery kit on 7-19-24, continuing to get shipping updates until 8-19-24. I emailed them, telling them I feel it’s scam and reporting to my bank institution, they responded not a scam and sent tracking number in China totally different then the one I have. I told them this is BS, I sent pics of the original ship info, they claim 2 set of ship info. I’m still reporting as a scam and request refund. Additionally, a person on Etsy claims they are her patterns copied to resell.

Bought a book for Father's Day called “Dad I want to hear your story”. After paying extra for quick delivery it still took over 3 weeks. Arrived damaged and not of a very high standard. After complaining numerous times I haven’t heard anything. Don’t bother with this company.
