Excellent Customer Servicer

Excellent Staff
I haven't had to use their service, like filing a claim. The staff, however, is very friendly and easy to work with. Claire was fantastic. Website is well designed and easy to use.

Minor change to policy
I needed to make a minor change to my policy and called Aegis. The call was answered right away, no waiting. Claire was super nice and helpful and took care of my request quickly. I received an email within minutes reflecting my change. Very happy with the service.
