Other then the website glitching making the ordering process very time consuming and annoying, everything else was great. Shipping time was great and they are exactly what we needed. Customer service was great as well. Responded in a very timely manner.

Gordon was one of the few places to have the specific light switches I wanted, so I ordered from them. But they took a long time to arrive. I ordered on October 8, 2024 and they didn't arrive until Dec 2, 2024. I found the delay - and lack of notifications regarding it - disappointing. However, I'm not sure I could have found those switches anywhere else.

I have used this company multiple times in the past and continue to be impressed with the quality of the products as well as the selection.

If i could give the a negative score I would. Be carful if you want to return something. I bought heaters, the customer decided to do something different . I emailed Gordon for a return they told me 40% restock and I had to pay for the shipping. I understand there are restock fees but 40% plus I have to pay for shipping.. I never use them again.
