There was a shipper problem with my latest order that resulted in difficulty with me actually receiving the products and had me considering if I would be able to continue ordering from GoPure. However the Customer Service team worked diligently to resolve the issue and I was able to get my order. I love the products as they are so effective, so I am happy to report that I will continue to order from GoPure!

This set made my body care feel like an actual routine instead of an afterthought. Everything absorbs quickly, nothing feels sticky, and the scent is soft enough that it doesn’t compete with perfume. I’ve been a loyal Go Pure customer for 6 years and probably purchased at least one of every product. Once, I reached out for help with incorporating other products. Customer Service sent me detailed instruction on how to so. When two of my daily items were discontinued, I was quite bummed. The team offered two free products to make me feel better. It did. Customer Service is exceptional and I highly recommend Go Pure products. 🤩

When I realized I had two subscriptions for all but one product I tried to cancel one of them online. For some reason, it wouldn’t let me so I emailed Customer Service to ask for assistance. They responded quickly! I ended up being able to cancel online after all, but appreciated the quick reply and offer to help me. So far I really like the products and am hopeful they are working to smooth and tighten my skin as I lose weight.

While the product was ultimately not for me, Customer Service was quick to help me. My refund came through almost immediately and with no hassle.

I am a repeat customer & my 2nd order of anti wrinkle cream (2 jars) was received. Once I opened the 1st jar, it looked like the jar was 3/4 full. I took a photo of the inside of the jar & sent a message to customer service with my concern of an underfilled jar. Immediately I received a response to open the 2nd jar & see if the same issue exists. I did and yes it was underfilled as well. After apologies were given GoPure made things right with replacements sent. I have used the anti wrinkle cream & tighten & lift neck cream for about 4 months & I can absolutely say I see a difference in my neck & face. Does it erase the wrinkles? No, but it does really help & your skin is much smoother by using this product. I highly recommend the product and find this company does stand behind their product and listens to their customers.
